It has been so damn hot these first few weeks of Summer. It has been so hot that I have found myself adjusting my drinking habits to survive these triple digit days. MolsonCoors completed their ACQUISITION of StarBev this week. It cost them a mere $3.54 billion. Most of StarBev’s 20+ brands are based in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria. In spite of the enormity of this deal, the average American beer drinker won’t see a change in the craft landscape.
